Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or stock issues, we will notify you via SMS or email.


2. Delivery Time Within Pakistan

We use reliable courier partners for nationwide delivery.
Estimated delivery time:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

(Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.)


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 150–250 (depending on city and weight)

  • Free Delivery: On orders above PKR 2,999
    (These are dummy numbers β€” you can customize.)


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Before dispatch, we may verify your order through call or SMS.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier service name
    You can track your order on the courier company’s website.


6. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

  • If your address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed.

  • If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, a re-attempt will be made.

  • Orders returned to us due to incomplete address or no response may require additional shipping charges.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours at pyarabacha297@gmail.com

  • Provide your order number and pictures (if applicable)
    We will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund as per our policy.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international delivery.
Shipping is only available within Pakistan.
